Lettering Workshops
About: Guess what?! I’m teaching a CALLIGRAPHY class! I started teaching calligraphy classes in 2015, and later transitioned to brush lettering and watercolor. However, Iris + Stout’s Sunday Letters and Sip is the perfect time for a revival!
Whether you’ve had this “learn calligraphy” on your list for years or you took calligraphy back in college but want to try again, this is the class for you! Why?
1. It’s going to be so much fun. Low stakes, no pressure. It’s okay if you don’t start a calligraphy side hustle. Just come learn how to write really pretty with a new cool pen.
2. Low investment because again, no pressure. I’ll have supplies available for sale, but in this class, you will use the supplies I bring. Which means that if you don’t ever do calligraphy again after this, that’s totally fine and you won’t feel an ounce of guilt.
Come by yourself or bring a friend! All ages welcome but it’s best for those who have a solid base of cursive writing.
